The Faghetto is a nice Spanish construction I heard from OwnagePranks (who doesn't really speak Spanish, I guess) who pretended to be Mexican and tried to call someone a fag.
I would never have guessed! I thought it was just "Devourer of Spaghetti" . Although it was obvious to me that there was a fair amount of humor in this nickname...

Es que cuando comienzas estudiar la lengua extranjera profundamente, tu realizas que este proceso necesita esfuerzos constantes y aprender durante toda la vida. A mí, es verdad que el idioma es como inglés y como ruso en el mismo tiempo... Es el idioma bello. Por favor, permítame, por así decirlo, estar en la sombra y no contarte mas de mis qualificaciones. Mis habilidades son demasiado modestas para estar orgulloso de ellas... ¡Ya olvidé todo!
