Okey, okey.. What about this:
  • Wizard only
  • A custom map with LOTS of traps, levers, pressure plates (think of nearly every inch of the map having something to bite you in the ass)
  • Only having spells like Swap Location, Teleport to Target, Wall, Drain Mana, Channel Life, Telekenisis (all damage has to be done by traps or fists)

Siriously. Even without Triple Fb and DRay staves Mages can do quite deadly Fireboll barrage from hands. Fireball+EBolt very deadly too. And both of this much more easy to land, then FoV blow

That is very subjective, plus don't forget that for Fireball-Ebolt you have to stand still which is a big downside.

Which difficult to land even after Stun victory in Inversions wrestle or from point blank Stun, bcs with Teleports and Blink FoV can be avoided very easyly.

Although I'm not really a good source on Con gameplay - FoV, much like FoN and meteor works on prediction-basis, so the Stun-FoV combo is already secondary to it's 'prediction AoE' function which it fulfills rather well. Definitely also can work against many people using especially ebolt because the ebolt guy will be standing still for it.

It is almost hard to land a good blow with Meteor as a FoV (maybe even harder), and Meteor has ridiculous damage througt plate armor or leather armor with PfF.

In some of the best combo's I've seen meteor being used against me it works as a finishing move, like burn or ebolt can to dray. It's functionality as a main damage source seems anyway inferior to other spells.

TCloud without Xbow not good too.
Maybe not against a dray wizard, but that's disabled coming Sunday. But in this case wizards will be more dependent on mana than usual, and poison blocks drain mana quite a bit. Definitely very useful.

War very often no need weapons at all. With only long sword and small shield after respown War already can be very dangerous for Conj. Harpoon+Ram MUCH easy to hit, then FoV or FoN.

Yes, warriors are fucking lame. Nothing new there.

Actually it much easy to hit then XBow shot. Sometimes I can take a War with Fireball staff, ghosts+flyers support and cheating Charm bomber, but this is extremely difficult for me yet. Shortly, this rules for next Sunday don't look a balanced. Actually, this rules looks more unbalanced then Blink ban with allowed Teleports.
I disagree. Don't forget that normal bow and fireballstaff are still allowed and they have both been successfully used in matches. I imagine a defensive summoner con could work pretty damn well under these circumstances. Would be sad not to see you play, a pity.
